Babylon is a very good Internet dictionary plus translation program. It can also work without the Internet connection, as the dictionary and translation database is stored locally.
The program has a cool interface. It integrates itself to the Windows GUI. You just have to press the control key + right click on any word anywhere in the screen. You will get the meaning with translation options. If you are typing (anywhere, like a textbox, a webpage, etc), the "abc" popup will be present near it. We use it to do spell check.
Wikipedia can also be accessed right from the program. As we search for a particular word, its Wikipedia definition will be included in a separate section.
Another interesting feature is the dream dictionary. For example, the definition for 'Welcome' includes the dream definition too. "Welcome: To dream that you receive a warm welcome into any society, foretells that you will become distinguished among your acquaintances and will have deference shown you by strangers. Your fortune will approximate anticipation." Well, it won’t be available for all words.
Concise Oxford Dictionary and Webster’s Dictionary is also included into the program.
Version 7.5 is just a trial product, like a Beta Version. Well, 7.5. includes unspecified updates, enhancements, and bug fixes to the 7.0 version. It is yet to be released. You can use it as a trial version. Now, you can only buy Babylon 7.0.
Easy-to-use and accurate tool to instantly translate a text in an application.

I've tried to download another copy of Babylon 8 and I did not succeed.
Recently I had my computer upgraded and the man at the repair shop told me that he removed a lot of 'ballast' from my computer. Unfortunately, my Babylon program was amongst it and I would like to have it back. I tried to reinstall it, but your system will not let me do it. I find it very frustrating, especially since I am over 90 years old and not quite up to this modern stuff. Is it possible that the developer will send me information where I can reinstall my Babylon 8 plus all the extras I bought in one installation program? And maybe you can send me the CD for this.
