I bought a license to use Babylon 8. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my HD and I lost the copy of the program. How can I get another one?
I've tried to download another copy of Babylon 8 and I did not succeed.
On 12.5.2008, I bought Babylon 7+ Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus plus Babylon CD (which I never received). On 10.8.2009, I also purchased Duden - The German Spelling Dictionary. I also paid for the Backup CD + shipping (which I never received) and I purchased Babylon 8 - Upgrade.
Recently I had my computer upgraded and the man at the repair shop told me that he removed a lot of 'ballast' from my computer. Unfortunately, my Babylon program was amongst it and I would like to have it back. I tried to reinstall it, but your system will not let me do it. I find it very frustrating, especially since I am over 90 years old and not quite up to this modern stuff. Is it possible that the developer will send me information where I can reinstall my Babylon 8 plus all the extras I bought in one installation program? And maybe you can send me the CD for this.
after using babylon for a while and comparing it to other translation sites,I decided to stay with babylon because the other ones just don't translate right.I am very satisfied till now.

The fact that I can surf the web in my native language using Microsoft Internet Explorer is perfect for me. I couldn't do that before I started to use Babylon.
The text-to-speech pronunciation tool they have, called "human voice" is another feature that I love. You can click on the icon next to the text you want to translate, and a clear and fairly dynamic voice pronounces the words for you. You can even change the playback speed.
The Babylon software makes it easy to translate any text from specific programs. If the program cannot be fully integrated with the software, it can still be translated by simply copying and pasting the text directly into the program so it's just perfect for me!
